This standard specifies the basic requirements for the design, safety, materials, construction, inspection, repair and regular inspection of double-layer composite lining renovation projects for in-service oil tanks at gas stations. This standard is applicable to the double-layer composite lining renovation project of in-service oil tanks at gas stations that store gasoline, diesel, ethanol, gasoline and other vehicle liquid fuels with a working pressure of -2kPa ~ 3kPa.
