- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, convenience service items, service requirements and service evaluation of government service centers (hereinafter referred to as convenience services). This standard applies to government service centers at all levels providing convenient and supporting services. Note: Supporting services for the convenience of the people refer to the purpose of serving the people, convenience and benefit to the people, providing various convenient services to the people who come to the government affairs center, such as seal engraving, typing and copying, newspaper registration, recharge of phone bills, utility charges, etc. Administrative fees, electronic air tickets, train tickets and other convenient services are fast, convenient and safe.
