- This standard stipulates the control and monitoring requirements for water pollutants discharged directly by pollutant discharge units in Shaanxi Province into the main branches and tributaries of the Yellow River and closed waters. This standard applies to the water pollutant discharge management of pollutant discharge units in the Yellow River Basin in Shaanxi Province, as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, completed environmental protection acceptance and pollutant discharge permit issuance of new (renovation, expansion) projects of the above units.
