Scope

This document specifies a gas chromatographic method for the determination of fatty acid content in linseed oil. This document is applicable to the determination of palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, and α-linolenic acid in cold-pressed and hot-pressed linseed oil.
