This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and accompanying documents, packaging, transportation and storage of sodium bromide aqueous solution, a by-product of sodium styrene sulfonate. This document is applicable to the sodium bromide aqueous solution produced in the production of sodium styrene sulfonate. The sodium bromide aqueous solution obtained after refining treatment such as centrifugation and neutralization is mainly used to produce bromine or hydrogen bromide.
