This document stipulates the technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation methods, energy-saving management and measures for steel cord unit product energy consumption (referred to as energy consumption) limits. This document is applicable to the calculation and assessment of unit product energy consumption in the production process of steel cords for radial tires and the control of unit product energy consumption in new construction, renovation and expansion projects.
