This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection and test methods, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and other requirements for container-type emergency shelters and emergency living cabins for offshore wind turbines (hereinafter referred to as "refuge cabins and living cabins"). This standard is applicable to the outdoor (outside the tower) emergency living cabin. It is used to provide support for the outdoor (outside the tower) emergency living cabin of offshore wind turbines. Relevant operation and maintenance personnel can only provide emergency living cabins under emergency conditions (such as typhoons, Earthquakes, strong winds and waves), provide life and life safety protection facilities within a short period of time when it is impossible to return.
