Scope
DBS63/ 0011-2021 Local food safety standard Determination of anthocyanin content in black wolfberry. This document specifies the high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of petunidin, malvidin and delphinidin in the anthocyanins of black wolfberry. . This document is applicable to the determination of petunidin, malvidin and delphinidin in the anthocyanins of black wolfberry. The detection limits and quantitation limits of malvidin and delphinidin in this method are both 0.5 mg/kg and 1.5 mg/kg, and the detection limits and quantitation limits of petunia are 1.5 mg/kg and 4.0 mg/kg respectively.
