Scope: This part of GB/T 39741 specifies the fit system of metal sliding bearings with an average relative clearance ψm of 0.56‰~3.15‰ in general machinery. Other clearance ranges can be selected according to the technical requirements of specific applications. This fit system is not suitable for thin-walled bushings and thin-walled bushings, because thin-walled bushings and thin-walled bushings have special features, mainly measuring wall thickness rather than diameter, and the size will change with assembly. This section does not apply to non-round bearings or tilting pad bearings, nor does it apply to special tolerance requirements determined after considering the performance of the bearing under extreme clearance (large or small) conditions. This section is mainly applicable to rotating machinery parts and spindles, also applies to similar applications.
