This document specifies the structure and classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of semiconductor equipment front-end modules. This document applies to semiconductor equipment front-end modules of 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 200mm, and 300mm wafers. Semiconductor equipment front-end modules for wafers of other specifications can be implemented as a reference.
