Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements for the detection conditions, detection methods and detection results of eddy current vibration displacement sensors in the steam turbine monitoring instrument system of thermal power plants and the water supply pump turbine monitoring instrument system. This document is applicable to the detection of eddy current vibration displacement sensors in the frequency range of (0 ~ 500) Hz during product acceptance and unit maintenance and repair.
