Scope
This standard specifies a method for determining the content of alkaline pink T in food using high performance liquid chromatography and fluorescence detection. This standard is applicable to the determination of alkaline pink T content in candied fruits, aquatic products, soy products, edible fungi, roasted seeds and nuts, and solid condiment foods. The detection limit of basic pink T in this standard is: 0.004mg/kg. The quantitative limit of this standard for basic pink T is: 0.02mg/kg.
