Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, instruments and equipment, sample pretreatment, test methods, calculation methods, uncertainty assessment of measurement results and test reports for measuring the surface potential of graphene materials using atomic force microscopy. This document is applicable to the measurement of surface potential of graphene materials prepared by chemical vapor deposition method (CVD method).
