Scope

This standard specifies the calculation method and determination basis for the health protection distance of construction projects that produce fugitive emissions of harmful substances in the atmosphere. This standard is applicable to the new construction and reconstruction of various industries located in plain areas that produce fugitive emissions of atmospheric harmful substances. Expansion projects (excluding industries that emit radioactive pollutants), and the derivation of health protection distances in areas with complex terrain can refer to this standard.
