This document specifies the technical, economic, safety requirements and marking, packaging, transportation and storage required for thermal drying equipment for sludge in urban sewage treatment plants (hereinafter referred to as "drying equipment"). This document is applicable to the design, manufacturing, engineering application and operation and maintenance of sludge thermal drying equipment in urban sewage treatment plants. This document can be referred to when used to treat other wastewater sludge.
