- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, sample preparation, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of silicone structural adhesives for photovoltaic modules (hereinafter referred to as structural adhesives). This standard applies to the structural bonding of photovoltaic glass and aluminum profiles; structural bonding between other substrates in photovoltaic applications can also be referred to.
