T/CEC 5025-2020 Requirements for the depth of content in the feasibility study report for electrochemical energy storage power stations (English Version)
1.0.1 In order to meet the registration requirements for electrochemical energy storage power station projects and standardize the depth of preliminary work, these regulations are formulated. 1.0.2 This regulation applies to the feasibility study of newly built, expanded or renovated electrochemical energy storage power station projects with a rated power of 500kW and a rated capacity of 500kWh and above. 1.0.3 The feasibility study report of the electrochemical energy storage power station should be based on the overall situation, take all aspects into consideration, and be determined through technical and economic comparison according to the construction scale, project characteristics, power development plan and power grid conditions. 1.0.4 In addition to complying with these regulations, the feasibility study report of electrochemical energy storage power stations should also comply with the provisions of relevant national standards.
