GB/T 33465-2016 Determination of chlorine and silicon in gasoline by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry（ICP-OES） (English Version)
This standard specifies the method for the determination of chlorine and silicon in gasoline by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). This standard is applicable to the determination of total chlorine and total silicon content in motor gasoline, M15 methanol gasoline for motor, M30 methanol gasoline for motor and E10 ethanol gasoline for motor. This standard is applicable to the determination of gasoline whose chlorine content ranges from 10 mg/kg to 10 000 mg/kg, and gasoline whose silicon content ranges from 1 mg/kg to 1 000 mg/kg. Precision was not investigated. This standard does not apply to the determination of samples containing insoluble particles. If the particles are very fine (less than 1 μm), they will be brought into the plasma for quantitative analysis. If the sample contains chlorine compounds in volatile form, use Appendix A for determination. If the sample contains silicon compounds in volatile form, use Appendix B for determination. If the sample contains tetramethylsilane, the measurement result of this standard will be higher than the true value.
