This document specifies a method for testing the digestive stability of exogenous proteins in simulated gastric juice and simulated intestinal juice. This document is suitable for testing the stability of proteins expressed by exogenous genes in genetically modified organisms and their products, or the exogenous proteins expressed by microorganisms, under simulated gastric juice and simulated intestinal juice digestion conditions.
