Scope
This standard specifies the detection method for the digestion stability of exogenous proteins in simulated gastric juice and simulated intestinal juice. This standard is applicable to the testing of the stability of proteins expressed by exogenous genes in genetically modified organisms and their products or protein products expressed by microorganisms that are substantially equivalent to exogenous proteins in plants under simulated gastric juice and simulated intestinal juice digestion conditions.
