- This document specifies the start-up and shutdown tests of solar thermal power stations connected to the power system, excitation system parameter tests, power system stabilizer parameter setting tests, speed control system parameter tests, generator phase advancement tests, primary frequency modulation tests, and automatic power generation control Methods for system testing and testing of automatic voltage control systems. This document applies to thermal storage solar thermal power stations using steam turbine generator units.
