Scope

Scope This standard specifies the items, technical requirements and testing methods for testing digital subtraction angiography (DSA) X-ray equipment for the purpose of quality assurance. This standard is applicable to the acceptance testing of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) X-ray equipment (hereinafter referred to as DSA machine), the status testing and stability testing of the DSA machine in use. This standard does not apply to quality control in the production of DSA machines and the image display system and hard copy system used in conjunction with DSA machines.
