Zhejiang Provincial Standard of the People's Republic of China
Latest
DB33/T 555-2005
Scope
This standard specifies a method for the determination of formaldehyde residues in plant-derived foods using high-performance liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the determination of formaldehyde residues in plant-derived foods. The detection limit and quantitative determination range of this standard: the minimum detection volume of this method is 5×10-11g. If a 5g sample is weighed, the volume is adjusted to 5mL after extraction, and the injection volume is 10μL, the minimum detection mass of this standard is The concentration is 0.05mg/kg. After the derivatives are extracted and purified with petroleum ether, the interference can be eliminated and the formaldehyde residue in the test solution can be directly measured. Warning - Personnel using this standard should have practical experience in formal laboratory work. This standard does not address all safety issues. Users are responsible for taking appropriate safety and health measures and ensuring compliance with the conditions stipulated in relevant national regulations.
