This standard specifies the basic requirements for filling in the application and issuance of emission permits for domestic waste incineration and emission units, the determination of permitted emission limits, the methods for calculating actual emissions and determining compliance, as well as self-monitoring, environmental management ledgers and emission permits. Implementation reports and other environmental management requirements put forward feasible technical requirements for pollution prevention and control. This standard is applicable to guide domestic waste incineration and pollutant discharge units to fill in relevant application information on the National Pollutant Discharge License Management Information Platform (hereinafter referred to as the Pollutant Discharge Permit Platform), and is applicable to guide the issuing authority to review and determine the pollutant discharge license requirements for pollutant discharge units.
