Scope
Processing Technology 7.1 Acceptance of raw and auxiliary materials shall be carried out according to the implementation standards of each raw and auxiliary materials or the signed contract requirements, and certificates and invoices must be requested. 7.2 Handling of raw and auxiliary materials 7.2.1 Selection of raw and auxiliary materials such as dried chili peppers can be carried out manually or mechanically to detect defective products and impurities. 7.2.2 Cleaning Raw and auxiliary materials that need to be cleaned, such as dried chili peppers, should be washed with clean water to remove sediment, dust and pesticide residues attached to the surface. 7.2.3 Steaming (optional) Steam the washed dried peppers for 10 to 30 minutes and cool. 7.2.4 Crushed dried chili peppers and some auxiliary materials should be mechanically crushed into fine pieces. 7.3 After processing the raw and auxiliary ingredients, accurately weigh and package them according to the formula.
