This document stipulates the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, storage, accompanying documents and order form content of gypsum, a by-product of heavy non-ferrous metal smelting. This document applies to gypsum containing calcium sulfate dihydrate as the main component produced by the reaction of acidic solutions with limestone emulsion or lime during the production process of copper, lead, zinc, and nickel smelting enterprises.
