Scope
DBS64/ 008-2022 Local Food Safety Standard Lycium Barbarum Puree This document specifies the technical requirements, food additives, hygienic requirements for production and processing, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of wolfberry puree. This document applies to wolfberry puree that is made from fresh wolfberry fruit and is suitable for direct drinking through cleaning, crushing, beating, grinding, blending, homogenization, sterilization, aseptic filling and other processes.
