Scope
This regulation stipulates the testing process, testing requirements, testing quantities and methods, and judgment rules for building fire protection facilities. This regulation is applicable to the construction unit entrusting a fire protection technical service agency with the corresponding qualification level to inspect the construction quality of the building's fire protection facilities before applying for fire protection acceptance of construction projects or fire protection filing for completion acceptance. Inspections of building fire protection facilities carried out in other circumstances shall be carried out in accordance with this procedure.
