This document specifies the emission limits, monitoring and surveillance requirements for water pollutants from production facilities of silicone industrial enterprises. This document is applicable to the water pollutant discharge management of existing organic silicon industrial enterprises or production facilities, as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, completed environmental protection acceptance and water pollutant discharge management after production of organic silicon industrial construction projects. The water pollutant discharge control requirements specified in this document apply to the direct or indirect discharge of water pollutants by enterprises outside their legal boundaries.
