- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, marking, symbols and units, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, documentation, packaging, transportation, storage and quality commitments of compact household solar water heating systems. This standard applies to compact household solar water heating systems with a hot water storage tank volume of less than 0.6 m3 (hereinafter referred to as household solar water heating systems).
