DBS45/ 041-2017 Local Food Safety Standard Cassava Whole Flour DBS45/ 041-2017 Local Food Safety Standard Cassava Whole Flour This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, food additives, production and processing hygienic requirements, inspection methods, Inspection rules and labeling, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life. This standard applies to non-instant-to-eat cassava flour made from fresh cassava as raw material and processed through cleaning, peeling, filing (or soaking and grinding of dried cassava), dehydration, drying, sieving, packaging and other processes.
