Scope

This standard specifies the test wiring, test conditions, test methods and judgment and processing of test results for on-site live testing of relative dielectric loss factor and capacitance ratio of capacitive equipment. This standard is applicable to the live test of the relative dielectric loss factor and capacitance ratio of capacitive equipment with a rated voltage of 110kV (66kV) ~ 750kV.
