Scope: This standard specifies the principle, reagents or materials, instruments and equipment, test procedures, year of results, recovery rate and precision, and allowable difference of the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of 15 banned quinolone antibiotics in cosmetics. This standard applies to enoxacin, marbofloxacin, norfloxacin, ofloxacin, fleroxacin, pefloxacin, and ciprofloxacin in water, emulsion, and non-wax-based cream cosmetics. Determination of star, lomefloxacin, danofloxacin, enrofloxacin, orbifloxacin, sarafloxacin, sparfloxacin, difloxacin and moxifloxacin. This standard does not apply to the determination of quinolone antibiotics in powder cosmetics. The method detection limit of 15 kinds of quinolone antibiotics in this standard is 0.15 mg/kg, and the limit of quantification is 0.50 mg/kg.
