Scope
This document specifies a colloidal gold immunochromatographic rapid detection method for iprodione residues in vegetables and fruits. This document is suitable for the rapid detection of iprodione residues in vegetables and fruits. Note 1: Vegetables include onions, leeks, green onions, cauliflower, spinach, leaf lettuce, lettuce, stem lettuce leaves, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, kidney beans, vegetable soybeans, stem lettuce, carrots, potatoes, and watercress. Note 2: Fruits include apples, pears, hawthorns, loquats, quinces, peaches, cherries, blackberries, currants, grapes, kiwis, bananas, watermelons, and cantaloupes. This method adopts the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. After extraction, iprodione in the sample binds to the colloidal gold-labeled specific antibody, inhibiting the binding of the antibody to the antigen on the test line (T line) in the test strip, resulting in a change in the color of the test line (T line). . By comparing the color depth of the test line (T line) and the quality control line (C line), a qualitative analysis of iprodione in the sample is performed.
