Scope

This standard specifies the location selection, process, design, anti-corrosion and pressure testing of the gas gathering device of the compressed air energy storage system. This standard is applicable to the engineering design of new, expanded or reconstructed gas gathering devices for compressed air energy storage systems, and is not applicable to underground cave gas storage methods.
