This standard specifies the evaluation principles and methods for green design products of dry vacuum cleaners, organizational requirements, evaluation indicators, product life cycle evaluation methods and reporting format requirements. This standard applies to electric-driven dry vacuum cleaners (hereinafter referred to as "vacuum cleaners") that are used in homes and similar situations and do not require professional operation. The following products are not applicable to this standard:
——Wet vacuum cleaners;
——Carpet cleaning machines;
——Vacuum-type floor polishers;
——Vacuum cleaners specially used for special purposes such as cleaning clothes or cars;
——Industrial vacuum cleaners;
——Household automatic cleaning appliances. Vacuum cleaners are referred to as "products" in this standard.
