Scope: This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, test methods, filling rules, packaging markings, storage, transportation and safety requirements for liquid hydrogen before leaving the factory. This standard applies to purified hydrogen using a combination of pressure swing adsorption and low-temperature adsorption using petrochemical tail gas, by-product hydrogen from the chlor-alkali industry, by-product hydrogen from the steel industry, hydrogen production from coal, abandoned wind power, abandoned photovoltaic water electrolysis, etc. The liquid hydrogen produced by this method is vaporized and pressurized before being injected and used. This standard applies to hydrogen fuel for fuel cell vehicles, ultrapure hydrogen sources for use in the electronics industry and scientific research.
