This document stipulates the information exchange requirements, information exchange procedures, communication interfaces, information security requirements and message specifications in all aspects of the delivery service process of pharmaceutical items. This document applies to pharmaceutical items that can be delivered by mail, including drugs, medical devices and other items (unless otherwise provided by law).
