- This document specifies the quality technical requirements and test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and safety requirements for hydrocarbon-based biodiesel. This document applies to hydrocarbon-based biodiesel produced through hydrogenation processes using animal and vegetable oils, waste animal and vegetable oils or their derivatives as raw materials.
