- This document specifies the terms and definitions, structure and basic parameters, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage and quality commitment of hand-held emergency rescue cutting machines. This document is applicable to hand-held emergency rescue cutting machines powered by a general-purpose small gasoline engine with an engine displacement of not less than 35 cm3. The transmission system drives the cutting blade through a control mechanism to cut asphalt, concrete, stone, metal and other materials (hereinafter referred to as Cutting Machine). This document is not suitable for use in flammable, explosive and other occasions.
