Scope

This document stipulates the technical regulations for annual straw mulching of wheat and corn in saline-alkali land to save water and suppress salt, including variety selection, sowing mode, pest and disease control, harvest time and other technical measures. This document is applicable to annual wheat and corn production areas in the Yellow River Delta and surrounding saline-alkali land with high groundwater levels.
