- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, scope, design, construction, and acceptance management requirements for the construction and acceptance of electric vehicle charging stations (piles). This standard applies to the construction and acceptance of different types of charging stations (piles) such as special charging stations (piles) for electric vehicles, urban public charging stations (piles), intercity charging stations (piles) and supporting charging stations (piles) in residential areas. This standard does not apply to electric vehicle charging equipment below 7kW.
