Scope

This document specifies a method for determining the thermal conductivity of lubricating oil products using the transient hot-wire method. This document applies to lubricating oil products whose thermal conductivity is between 0.05 W·m-1·K-1 and 1.0 W·m-1·K-1 and is homogeneous under the measurement conditions.
