Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of vial capping machine technical specifications. This document applies to vial capping machines that cap glass or plastic vials with aluminum caps or aluminum-plastic caps in an automatic and continuous manner, hereinafter referred to as "capping machines".
