Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of total mercury in compound (compound) fertilizers by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the determination of total mercury in compound fertilizers prepared by chemical methods or compound fertilizers made from nitrogen fertilizers, phosphate fertilizers, and potash fertilizers through secondary processing. The detection limit of this standard is 0.0001mg/kg.
