Scope

This standard specifies the basic methods and technical requirements for periodic inspection and evaluation of liquefied natural gas (LNG) cylinders for automobiles (hereinafter referred to as cylinders). This standard is suitable for use at normal ambient temperatures (-40°C ~ 60°C) or ambient temperatures specified in product standards. The containing medium is liquefied natural gas (LNG), the design temperature is not lower than -196°C, and the nominal volume is 150L ~ 1000L , a refillable liquefied natural gas (LNG) cylinder for automobiles with a working pressure of 0.6MPa~3.5MPa.
