- This document stipulates the definition of safety risks of smart community equipment and facilities, safety evaluation indicators of community equipment and facilities, evaluation indicators of unsafe behaviors of community personnel, and evaluation indicators of the management level of community equipment and facilities. This document applies to safety risk assessment and operation of new, renovated, and expanded smart community equipment and facilities. In addition to complying with this standard, the safety risk assessment index system for smart community equipment and facilities should also comply with the provisions of existing national standards.
