This method adopts the principle of chemiluminescence competition method. The aflatoxin B1 in the sample is extracted with ethanol aqueous solution. After the extract is centrifuged and diluted, the sample solution competes with the antigen marker in the kit to bind to the aflatoxin B1 specific antibody connected to the magnetic particle carrier or with the aflatoxin B1 specific antibody in the kit. The antigen connected to the magnetic particle carrier competes for binding to the aflatoxin B1-specific antibody marker to form an antigen-antibody complex. After magnetic separation and cleaning, the corresponding relative light unit value (RLU) is measured with a fully automatic chemiluminescence analyzer. The content of aflatoxin B1 in the sample is inversely proportional to the RLU value.
