Scope

This document stipulates the requirements for the production environment, variety selection, seedling cultivation, field management, pest and disease control, harvesting and production file management for the cultivation of highly spicy peppers. This document applies to the cultivation of peppers with spiciness above 50 000 SHU on the Scoville Index in Fujian Province.
