Scope

This standard specifies the method for determination of clenbuterol hydrochloride in animal hair by enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) method and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) method, and stipulates that the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method is the arbitration method. This method is suitable for the determination and arbitration of clenbuterol hydrochloride residues in animal hair.
